CHICKEN ZOODLE SOUP


Ingredients:

• 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded

• 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles

• 4 cups chicken broth

• 1 carrot, diced

• 2 celery stalks, diced

• 1 tsp dried thyme

• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer.

2. Add carrot, celery, and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes until tender.

3. Stir in shredded chicken and zucchini noodles.

4. Simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
