EGG WHITE VEGGIE SCRAMBLE


Ingredients:

• 6 egg whites

• 1/2 cup spinach

• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• Salt and pepper


Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes.

3. Pour in egg whites and cook, stirring, until set.

4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
