Ingredients:
• 2 mahi mahi fillets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub over fish.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes.
4. Serve with roasted vegetables.
