Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked lentils
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add lentils and tomatoes.
2. Stir in cinnamon and turmeric. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
3. Serve with roasted vegetables or quinoa.
