Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked quinoa
• 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 avocado, diced
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
