ROASTED SALMON AND VEGGIE SHEET PAN


Ingredients:

• 2 salmon fillets

• 1 cup broccoli florets

• 1 cup baby carrots

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Arrange salmon and veggies on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

4. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
