SEARED SCALLOPS WITH ASPARAGUS


Ingredients:

• 1 lb scallops

• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear scallops for 2 minutes per side.

2. Remove scallops, add asparagus, and sauté for 5 minutes.

3. Serve together.
