SPICY SHRIMP STIR FRY



Ingredients:

• 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 1 red bell pepper, sliced

• 1 zucchini, sliced

• 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

• 1 tsp chili flakes

• 1 tbsp sesame oil


Instructions:

1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.

3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

4. Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes, cooking for 2 more minutes.

5. Serve over cauliflower rice or quinoa.
