THAI BASIL CHICKEN


Ingredients:

• 1 lb chicken breast, diced

• 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

• 1 tbsp fish sauce

• 1 cup fresh basil leaves

• 1 red chili, sliced


Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet and cook chicken until browned.

2. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, basil, and chili. Cook for another 3 minutes.

3. Serve over cauliflower rice or jasmine rice.
