TURKEY AND SPINACH MEATBALLS


Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground turkey

• 1 cup spinach, chopped

• 1 egg

• 1/4 cup almond flour

• 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into meatballs.

3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

4. Serve with marinara sauce over zucchini noodles.
